Individual psychotherapy
(including the practice of Authentic Movement when appropriate).
Group psychotherapy: An
opportunity to explore both personal material and the feelings that
emerge as part of a group.
Individual supervision: I
offer supervision to qualified or trainee therapists working in any
modality. The attention we give to our body experience as we
reflect on work with clients — the somatic countertransference —
provides valuable insights into the therapy process.
Group supervision: We
can learn so much through hearing and seeing other therapists
explore their work (through discussion and movement) and through
presenting our own work within a circle of peers.
Authentic Movement Groups:
Ongoing groups meet regularly, learning and practising this movement
discipline and entering deeply into their personal experience.
Authentic Movement Training:
Those who are interested in a more intensive study of this practice
are currently working with me in small groups. A more formal
training is being developed.
